# Changing all images at once

## In this article, you’ll learn how to change every image in a speaker or exhibitor asset at once, including set styles, shared text, your logo and background, fonts, and which designs are used.

### **How the set and its images relate**

A speaker or exhibitor asset made from a template is a set of designs. Many values on a design, such as a text colour, a font, a border colour or the logo, point at a value the set holds. Change that value in the set view, and every design that uses it changes with it.

- On one design, in Basic mode - a value from the set shows as its name, with **Edit in set view** to open the set view at that value.
- On one design, in Advanced mode - you can change it for every image, or give that design its own value. Please see **Using Advanced mode**.
- In the set view - you change the value for every design that follows it.

Note: Attendee campaigns have no set view.

### **Opening the set view**

1. Go to the **Event**
2. Under **Asset Hubs** on the left-hand side menu, click **Speaker** (or **Exhibitor**)
3. Click **Edit** (the pencil button) on the asset’s card
4. On the **Design** tab, click **Edit all images**

When you create an asset, the **Design** step opens on the set view. From one design, click **Back to templates** to come back to it.

When you open the set view, you will see three parts:

- Left: the set’s styles, a **Background** row, and the set’s images with **Replace** and **Choose from library**
- Middle: every design in the set, showing your unsaved changes, each with a pencil button (**Edit**) and an eye
- Right: the settings for the style or background you’ve selected

Note: A design that the sample content can’t fill shows **Not rendered**. It’s only the preview.

### **Set styles**

Each style in the list is one thing the designs share, named after the elements that use it, for example *Speaker headshot* or *Session title*.

1. Click a style in the list on the left
2. Change its values on the right, for example **Fill**, **Font Family**, **Font Size** or **Border Color**

The designs in the middle show your change straight away.

Note: Some styles have an eye in the list. Click it to hide or show those elements on every design.

Note: If a design has its own value instead of the set’s, you will see a warning with a count next to the value. Hover over it to see which designs have **Opted out**. Changing the set’s value won’t change those.

### **Shared text**

Some wording is shared by every design, such as a call to action or an exhibitor’s stand label.

1. Click the style of the elements that show it
2. Under **Shared text** on the right, change the wording

### **Set images and the background**

The set’s own images, such as your logo, are listed on the left, under the styles. Click **Replace** to upload a new file, or the library button (**Choose from library**) to use an image from your media library.

**To change the background, follow the steps below:**

1. Click **Background** in the list on the left
2. On the right, click **Replace** to upload a file, or **Choose from library**

Every design that uses that image or background changes. Like every other change, a new image waits for **Save**.

### **Fonts, and uploading your own**

The font list shows **Used in this template** first, then **Your fonts**, then our fonts.

If your plan includes custom fonts, you can upload your own:

1. Open a font list, in the set view or on one design
2. Click **Upload font…** at the bottom
3. Choose a TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2 file, smaller than 10 MB

The font is named after its file, added under **Your fonts** and selected for you. Your fonts can be used in every event in your account.

Note: Font names must be unique in your account. If a font with the same name is already uploaded, you will see **Name has already been taken.** Please rename the file and upload it again.

### **Hiding and showing designs**

Hide a design you don’t want to use, for example a version without a headshot. A hidden design isn’t used for anyone’s image.

1. In the set view, or on the asset’s **Design** tab, click the eye under the design (**Hide design**)
2. To use it again, click the eye (**Show design**)

Hiding or showing a design is saved straight away, so you don’t need to click **Save**.

Please keep in mind that at least one design for individual speakers must stay visible. For an exhibitor asset, at least one design must stay visible.

Note: If every design for one size of session is hidden, you will see a warning at the top, such as **1 kind of session has every design hidden**. Click it, then click a session size to see which designs to show again.

### **Saving your changes**

While you have unsaved changes, you will see **Unsaved changes** at the top.

- Click **Save** to keep them. You will see the message **Saved for every image in this set.**
- Click **Discard** to drop them
- When creating an asset, click **Save design changes** to save and go to the next step

If you open a design, or leave, with unsaved changes, you will see *You have unsaved changes*. Click *Save and continue*, *Discard and continue* or *Cancel*.

Please keep in mind that closing or reloading the browser tab doesn’t ask first, so please save before you close it.
