Exhibitor logos
In this article, you’ll learn how to add and manage your exhibitors’ logos, including adding them one at a time, through a spreadsheet or in bulk.
An exhibitor’s logo is placed in the images made for them, so a clear, good-sized logo makes every image look better.

Adding a logo to one exhibitor
From the exhibitors list:
- Go to the Event
- Expand Data on the left-hand side menu
- Click Exhibitors
- In the Logo column:
- If the exhibitor has no logo, click the empty image and choose a file
- To replace a logo, hover over it, click the image button and choose a file
The logo is saved straight away.
To remove a logo, hover over it, click the bin button, then click Remove to confirm.
From the exhibitor’s page:
- Click the exhibitor’s name, then click Edit
- Under Logo, click Upload logo and choose a file (or click Remove to take it off)
- Click Update
You can also add a logo when you add a single exhibitor.
Adding logos through a spreadsheet import
Add a Logo URL column to your spreadsheet, with a web link to each exhibitor’s logo starting with http:// or https://. Gleanin downloads each logo when the exhibitor is imported, and the Review step shows a preview.
Please keep in mind that a Logo URL only adds a logo to an exhibitor who doesn’t have one yet. It doesn’t replace an existing logo.
If a logo can’t be downloaded, the exhibitor is still imported, and you will see a warning with the link that didn’t work.
Uploading logos in bulk
If you have your exhibitors’ logos saved on your computer, you can upload them all at once. Your exhibitors need to be in Gleanin first.
Please have your files ready:
- JPG or PNG
- Under 5 MB each
- Named after the exhibitor, for example “Acme Corp.png”, so Gleanin can match them for you
To upload logos in bulk, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Event
- Expand Data on the left-hand side menu
- Click Exhibitors
- Click Add exhibitors
- Click Bulk upload exhibitor logos
- Click Click to upload or drag and drop and choose your files, or drag them in
- If some files are too large or couldn’t be matched, you will see Review warnings. Click Continue to assign them yourself, or Start over to choose different files
- On Assign exhibitors & upload, check the exhibitor chosen for each file, and use the dropdown to assign or change one
- Click Upload X logos
- Files are shown 10 at a time. Click Next page to see the next ones, and repeat steps 8 and 9
When you’re done, you will see Upload complete with the number of logos uploaded.
Please keep in mind that a bulk upload replaces any logo the exhibitor already has.
Logo quality
When you edit an exhibitor, you can see their logo’s file details. If the logo is smaller than 300 pixels on its longer side, you will see a message that images drawn from it may look soft. For the best results, please upload a logo at least 300 pixels wide, or an SVG.
