How can I change the account owner on my account?

The account owner is the person who will be the billing contact and there can only be one account owner on a subscription and that person can transfer the role from themselves to another user by going to Users in the left hand menu, hovering over the person they want to transfer to and click on Make account owner.

If the account owner has left the organisation then please email hello@gleanin.com and ask us to transfer ownership.
