Identifying which speakers & exhibitors were recently added or updated

    If you’re adding or updating speakers or exhibitors, you can check when each record was created or last changed in its profile.

    To view a speaker or exhibitor’s record details:

    1. In the left-hand menu, click Data
    2. Select Speakers/Exhibitors
    3. Click the speaker or exhibitor’s name to open their profile
    4. Click the down arrow to expand Record details

    Record details include:

    • External ID: The ID from your connected system. This only appears if the record was synced through the API integration
    • Speaker/Exhibitor ID: The unique Gleanin ID assigned when the record was uploaded
    • Created: The date the record was added to Gleanin
    • Updated: The date the record was last changed
