# June 2025 - AI event creation, Instagram story template & smarter image sizing

**AI Event Creation**

Setting up an event just got easier. Our new AI feature lets you simply paste in your event URL and we’ll take care of the rest. It automatically pulls key information straight from your event page, so you don’t have to fill it in manually. 

By pulling this data, we can also capture the event’s tone of voice and suggest copy for your assets that aligns with it — helping you create on-brand content faster.

**Instagram Stories Template** 

Gleanin now supports story frames for Instagram, perfect for anyone looking to promote their event through Stories.

Tip: Instagram Stories are a powerful tool — unlike posts, you can add direct links, making it easier for stakeholders to drive traffic. Giving them both options helps boost engagement.

**Instagram Frame Update**

Gleanin now prioritises 4:5 image sizing, with built-in 3:4 guidelines in the editor to help your posts look great both in the feed and on your profile grid. We’ve repositioned elements in all templates so key content always stays within the safe area — no more guessing what might get cropped.
