# May 2023 - Tracks, participant assignment & attendee campaign GIFs

Many of you have events or sessions that are grouped by topic, subject matter, keynotes and more. Enjoy new levels of event organisation with our latest feature: Gleanin Tracks. 

Now, you can segment your speakers or sessions and group your event content en-masse to streamline your campaign management. You can manually create tracks or add them as an additional column in your upload. We've taken it one step further. Our new "Assign Participants" feature means you can assign speakers, exhibitors or tracks directly to specific campaigns. It's now much faster to add or change who receives share tool links, without having to click into each campaign. In other news, there's new creative options for your attendee campaigns. Gleanin now supports GIFs on LinkedIn, Twitter, Slack and Whatsapp - simply upload any GIF in landscape format as your custom background. This feature is only available on attendee campaigns and is not supported for sharing on Instagram.
