What happens if a session has more than 2 panellists?

You can add up to 5 panellists to a single speaker session.

When you do that and send the panelist their link they will be presented with four templates they can share:
One with them and their fellow panellists with headshots
One with them and their fellow panellists without headshots
One with just them and their headshot
One with just them without their headshot

If you have created more than one background this will act as a multiplier, so if you have two backgrounds they will get 8 options - all the above per background.

If you add more than 5 panellists to a speaker session they will just be presented with the last two options as we can't accommodate more than five panelists on a template.

If you don't upload any headshots, these templates won't be presented to them.
