What happens if I pause my subscription?

If you're paying for Gleanin on a monthly basis by credit card you can pause your sub at any time by going to the Subscriptions & Settings page from the left hand menu.

When you pause your subscription you won't be able to set up or run any events or campaigns for 60 days, and any that you have already created will be archived.

You can resume your subscription at any time from your Subscription & Settings page, or after 60 days it will start again and your credit card will start to be charged again on a monthly basis.

We'll email you a reminder 5 days before your card is charged and your subscription resumes.

You won't be able to pause it for consecutive 60 day periods but you can pause as many times as you want to between payments.
