You can choose to upload your speaker's email addresses onto Gleanin along with the rest of their data.
You won't be able to email the speakers from Gleanin if you do this.
The only reason to upload email addresses is so that they are included when you download your speaker data. This will make it easier for you to mail merge all the data you need when you send the speakers their links to their personalised share tool.
