- Make sure ALL the sharing channels you want to offer your speakers are enabled
- Make sure you have checked/edited the suggested post text for each channel and include hashtags were relevant

- Edit the share tool (this is what each speaker will be using to share their image/s):
- You’ll be editing the “splash screen” of the share tool (landing page)
- Make sure it’s on brand and the messaging is on point
- Bulk upload your speaker and session data (IF using one of the Speaker/Session campaign templates)
- Bulk uploading speakers AND sessions? Use the “combined upload” which you’ll find under “data” in the left hand menu
- Only bulk uploading speakers e.g. using the Meet the Speaker template? Use the “speaker” upload, which you’ll find under “data” in the left hand menu
- Speakers/sessions can be uploaded individually if required, via “speakers” and/or “sessions” in the left hand menu
- Spot check some of the speaker images to make sure you are happy with how they look with speaker/session details added - click into a few of your “speakers” and scroll down to “image preview” (tip: make sure you have the right campaign selected on the preview to see the relevant image preview)
- Generate your individual speaker share tool links
- Go to your speaker campaign page, click on “How to run my campaign” and download your speaker share tool links
- Send your speakers their share tool links - here’s some advice here around getting your speakers engaged in the process
- Keep your speaker images up to date:
- Make edits to your existing speakers and/or sessions as you go
- Edits made to existing speakers/sessions will dynamically update the images speakers see in their individual share tools (no need to send new links/images)
- Add new speakers and/or sessions or delete speakers and/or sessions when necessary
- Don’t forget you’ll need to send brand new speakers a link to their share tool
