# API token & custom setup

## As a Pro subscriber, you have the option to import/export data from your Gleanin account to your event management software.

We do have a choice of ready-made integrations in our product - [A2Z](https://resources.gleanin.com/knowledge/how-do-i-set-up-an-integration-with-a2z/personify?hsLang=en), [MYS](https://resources.gleanin.com/knowledge/how-do-i-set-up-an-integration-with-mapyourshow-mys?hsLang=en), [WEG](https://resources.gleanin.com/knowledge/integrating-with-webeventsglobal-weg?hsLang=en) and [ASP](https://resources.gleanin.com/knowledge/integrating-with-asp?hsLang=en) which do not require an API token; however, if you want to use Lineup Ninja, Sessionboard or create a custom API integration, you will need to generate a token.

### **Generating an API token**

To generate the API token for setting up an integration, you need to follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Gleanin account.
2. Click on your name to expand the menu.
3. Click on **My Profile**
4. Choose the **API token** tab
5. Generate by clicking on the plus icon

It is important to note that each API token is specific to the user who generated it, giving them sole control over its usage.
