Managing user access and making changes within your account is easy. Depending on your subscription type, you have the flexibility to add and remove users as needed.
If you have a basic subscription, it allows for one user, while Pro subscriptions include up to 5 users at no additional cost.
If you require more users, you can easily purchase an additional user seat by sending an email to hello@gleanin.com.
Creating & removing users
To add a new user:
- Click on the account name in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Users
- Click on the blue plus sign and provide the necessary details of the new user
- They will receive an email with their login credentials
To remove a user:
- Click on the account name in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Users
- Hover over their name in the user list and click on the red trash can icon that appears on the left
User types
When it comes to user types, Gleanin offers three options:
- Viewer - allows the user to only view campaigns and results without the ability to create or edit anything;
- Manager - can view, create, and edit campaigns, but cannot add new users;
- Admin - has full control and can perform all the above tasks, including adding new users.
Please remember that only one Admin can be the Account owner and this is the billing contact for the account.
It's important to note that there can only be one account owner.
Changing ownership
For Pro subscription - If you are a current Account owner and want to transfer the ownership of the account:
- Click on the account name in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Users.
- Hover over the details of the desired person.
- Select Make account owner.
For basic subscriptions or if the account owner has left the organisation, please reach out to hello@gleanin.com and we will assist you in transferring ownership.
