Managing my account

If you are interested in starting a free trial with us or have purchased an additional subscription, you will need to create an account. This will allow you to access all the features and benefits of our services. For any account security questions like passwords and MFA please see here. 

Creating an account 

To create an account:

  1. Go to the login page by entering the URL: https://admin.gleanin.com/
  2. Under the Welcome form, click on Don't have an account? Create one here
  3. On the Sign up page please provide the following details:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Business email address
    4. Password (must have lowercase and uppercase letters, include numbers and special characters and be a minimum of 10 characters)
    5. Company name (for billing)
    6. Preferred Currency (chosen from the drop-down)
    7. Where did you hear about us?
  4. To create an account you must tick the I have read and agree to the terms of service box. 
  5. Additionally, you can agree to receive product updates and marketing communications from us. 
  6. Click Create free account button.

Switching accounts

Once you have successfully created an account, you can easily switch between multiple accounts if needed. This is especially useful if you have different subscriptions or manage accounts for different businesses or clients.

To switch accounts:

  1. Go to the left-hand menu
  2. Select Switch account
