How should I design my custom backgrounds for attendee campaigns with Gleanin elements?

If you want to use the Gleanin title and schedule fields on a custom background in your design then you need to consider the layout of the fields on the template.

The below images show placeholders where the title and schedule will overlay the design.

There are six options for the layout of the attendee templates to choose from at the point of the initial set-up, and below you will see the placeholders for each of the six layouts.

Please bear in mind that if you have very long text or are using a bigger font size, the writing will break out of the boxes in the guide images.

If you opt for Quick share on LinkedIn, be sure to follow the advice in this guide when creating your background design for optimal results.

You can find a templated version of the images below in this Figma file that you can share with your designers.

For custom background-only designs and using GIFs, please see the article here.

Your finished file should not be greater than 4mb, in the correct size and format - .jpeg & .png.
