How can I edit the Speaker and Exhibitor share tool?

The Gleanin share tool enables your stakeholders to promote your event and their involvement by sharing customized images on their social media networks.

During the sharing process, your stakeholders will encounter two screens: the splash screen, which appears after they click on their share link, and the share screen, which displays the image they want to share and the available social media platforms.

Both screens can be customized and accessed through separate tiles on your campaign dashboard. You have the ability to edit the social media platforms that stakeholders can use and provide suggested posts for them to copy and paste into their own posts.

Share tool 

Here you can edit the splash screen's text and colour scheme for your splash screen. It is a great place to add your branding and encourage your stakeholders to take action. 

You can:

1. Change the wording - this is where you can update the text of the splash image:
   1. Title - for the header - ie. greeting
   2. Description - for the body copy - ie. instructions to share
   3. CTA Button - for the button copy - ie. let's get going! 

1. Choose colour - which will change the colour of the left side of the banner - please bear in mind that text colour is always white and you will need to choose a suitable background to make the text visible.
2. Add splash image - you can choose to add your event image for even better promotion to the right side of the banner by clicking the Splash image (optional) toggle on and then uploading the image by clicking on the image icon and selecting the image from your device - please make sure that the image size is 1024 x 550px and in .jpg or .png format
3. Replace splash image - to replace the existing image you need to follow the steps above
4. Remove splash image - if you don't want to use the image anymore, you can just toggle off the Splash image (optional)
5. Save changes / Cancel - if you are happy with the changes made, please make sure you click on Save changes as it doesn't auto-save, alternatively, you can click Cancel which will keep the current setup. 

Share screen settings

Here you can edit the title and network text copy for the Share screen.

Please bear in mind that the preview on the right is only for illustration purposes and the styling, imagery and the social media networks chosen will be populated from your setup. 

1. Title - the main header above the image with instructions on choosing the images (if you have more than one) or just sharing (if you only have one asset)
2. Select Network Text - the copy sitting just above the social media channels that the stakeholder can choose from
3. Save / Back - please remember to click on Save once you have finished editing and if you don't want changes to be made and keep the previous/default copy just click Back
